The mysterious paw Danyelle tower
BANG! He pulled the trigger Paandu was dead. 1 day ago when I arrived in New Delhi I was looking for Paandu, my mother’s nephew. Paandu was letting me stay at his house while I was in New Delhi. while I was in the market a young man came up to me and said
“Are you Sergeant Morris?”
“Yes” I replied back
While we were walking through the market there was one stand that caught my eye it was full of clay pots and a bunch of other stuff. When we finally got to the stand the old man tried to sell me a little monkey’s paw he said it granted three wishes, I didn’t take the pa so Paandu did and before we could leave the old man spoke out
“Beware there are horrible consequence’s to every wish. “
When we got to the house Paandu took out the paw and stared at it
“I wonder if this thing actually works” Paandu said staring at the paw
“Why don’t you make a wish and see maybe it does work.” I replied
So Paandu made his first wish.
“I wish for 7 healthy sheep too eat.” He said.
Everything was fine we didn’t look any different I didn’t feel any different and when we went outside there were no more sheep than there already was. After another hour or 2 the police came up and told us the news Paandu’s father was murdered.
“We would like to give you 7 healthy sheep for his death as a sympathy gift.” The police said.
“7 healthy sheep that’s exactly what we wished for!” I thought to myself
When the police left Paandu was very sad for his father’s death and very angry at the murderers.
“What if I wish for the murderer of my father’s death was dead then we would be even.” Paandu said.
“It would make us even but what about the consequences? What if your mom gets killed or all the food goes or even worse you’ll be sentenced to death for murderer.” I replied
Paandu didn’t listen he looked at the paw and said
“I wish for the murderer of my father’s death to be dead.”
Paandu looked up at me with tears in his eyes knowing that he just committed murder.
“I should’ve listened to you, now I feel so guilty and horrible.” Paandu said in a mournful tone.
Paandu put the paw away and slowly stopped crying. A few minutes later there was a scream coming from the kitchen we both raced into the kitchen to find his mother staring out the window towards the sheep. They were all falling down dead
“What’s happening?” Paandu’s mother asked.
“I don’t know.” Paandu replied
There was a knocking at the door and when Paandu’s mother opened the door there stood the police Again.
We found the murder if your husband’s death and they were sentenced to death for murder.” The police said.
His mother burst with tears of joy she ran to her room and stayed there the rest of the night.
On the final night we were getting ready for bed and Paandu took out the paw and stared at it for a while then he turned and looked at me.
“ what if I wish for 10 more healthy sheep, what if I wish for my mother to have a better life.” Paandu asked.
“What about the consequences you think those will be good look the first wish you asked for a few healthy sheep and your father died what if you wish for your mom to have a better life how do you know that she might not die go to heaven and have a better life.” I replied in a harsh voice.
Paandu again didn’t listen he took the paw and wished for his mom to have a better life.
“You just don’t like to listen do you?” I said in a stern voice.
With a calm voice Paandu replied with
“I’ll stay with her the whole time and if anything tries to hurt her I’ll take her place.”
The next morning when I packing my bags I heard a big bang. I dropped my stuff and raced outback to see Paandu and his mother dead. Paandu was holding a gun in one hand and in the other hand was the monkeys paw. There they were both dead and silent but in a better place I took the monkeys paw and home.
